When the rust shows up, we cut it out and build it back in steel. Floor pans, trunk pans, rockers, cab corners, quarter panels, fabricated, fit, and welded so you can't tell where the new metal starts.
The Work
How we do it.
Rust gets cut back to clean metal, we never bury bad metal under filler. Patch panels are fit tight, butt-welded, and ground flush so the body looks like it never rusted.
Frame repair gets the same treatment. We measure, plate, and weld so the chassis is square and strong before we hang anything off it.
